PLAYER/PARENT PICK UP AFTER TRAINING

 As a coach of the team it is MANDITORY that you do NOT leave the fields until every player from your team has been picked up....ICSA has a liability responsibility to make sure that all of our kids are supervised in a safe manner until they are picked up by a parent/guardian 

Coaches managers, Please email ALL of your players parents on the team to tell them that it is their responsibility to  be at the training fields to pick up their children at 9-00pm prompt. We have had many cases where the coach,committee member or myself have had to wait around for parents to show up for there children. Last night one coach had to wait around at Pelican until 9-40pm!!!....THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE Please remind the parents that the coaches have also done a full days work also and would like to get home! 

The lights go out at both Kelly Rd and Pelican at  9-15pm leaving total darkness and exposing them to an unsafe environment for any child/minor to  deal with.

SHIN GUARDS

Coaches managers, Shin guards MUST be worn by ALL players in practices and games.....NO EXCEPTIONS!....This is a liability/injury  requirement and also a MANDITORY FYSA RULE. If I see any players not wearing shin guards in practice I will ask them to leave the field and they will not be allowed to continue practice until such time as they have put them on.
